What it's for. Upload the images you want your players to see on the display screen — character portraits, scene backdrops, ambient mood art, and pictures tied to specific missions. Once a picture is here, it shows up in the dropdowns on the Player Display controls (in the Initiative Tracker and on the Dashboard).

Adding art

• Pick a file from your computer (or drag it onto the box), give it a clear name, and choose its type.
• Portrait — a character's face, shown when an NPC speaks. Scene — a specific place. Ambient — mood/atmosphere backdrops. Mission — pictures for one mission, which you flip through during play (pick the mission below).
• Hit Upload. It appears in the gallery below and is instantly usable on the player screen.

Landscape images (wider than tall) look best as scenes and ambient backdrops; portraits can be any shape. Big files are fine but smaller ones load faster on the player screen.

Short looping videos work too (MP4 or WebM) — flickering torchlight, drifting fog, rain. They play muted and loop seamlessly on the player screen, so keep them small (a few seconds, a few MB). Pick them from the same dropdowns as images.
