The Succession Crisis

DM Operations Dashboard

How this dashboard works

Start here. This is your operations hub for running The Succession Crisis. The cards below are the tools; the Before / After checklists are the routine that ties them together; the status strip at the bottom is your at-a-glance read on the campaign.

The tools

  • Pressure Tracker — the 1–10 institutional-stress dial, logged each session.
  • Hub Journal — running field notes on people, places, and atmosphere.
  • Mission Builder — write contracts with all three outcomes.
  • Session Prep Sheet — auto-assembles your five-layer prep from the others.
  • Character Tracker — contractor status, reputation, and history.
  • Session Records — log what happened; browse the archive.
  • Initiative Tracker — run combat hands-free (Space to advance) and drive the OBS player display.
  • Session Runner — the live session clock that paces you through the six phases.
  • Art Library — upload images so players see portraits and scenes on the display screen.
  • Reference Library — Ontstead, the Expundeus, and setting reference from the Bible.

The workflow checklists

The Before list walks you through prepping a session; the After list closes it out. Tick boxes as you go — state saves automatically and is tied to the session number shown. When you mark a session record Complete, the checklists roll over to a fresh set for the next one. Each item links to the tool you need.

Every tool page has its own "How to use this tool" panel at the top — open it the first few times, then collapse it once it's habit.
